Write to the address on the contact page and name the course. You receive the current schedule, the list of material, the assumed knowledge and the conditions in writing before anything is agreed. There is no enrolment form on this site, and nothing is charged through it.

There is no entrance test and no formal qualification requirement. Each course states the arithmetic it assumes; where that assumption is wrong for you, the honest answer is usually a different course first, and we will say so.

Each course runs on a published schedule with a fixed opening and closing date for the intake. The current dates are sent by email when you ask, because a date printed on a page is stale within a season.

Yes. Group arrangements are agreed in writing beforehand, including how many places are held and who receives the marked exercises. Write from a work address and say how many people are involved.

No. Every lesson is recorded, and study is self-paced inside the window of the intake. Occasional optional sessions are recorded and published for anyone who cannot attend.

For the length of the course and for a further period stated in writing before you start. Any change to that period applies to future intakes, never retroactively to yours.

A computer and an ordinary connection. Two courses expect a spreadsheet application you already have access to; the rest need only a browser, a document reader, and a pencil for the arithmetic that is quicker by hand. No software has to be bought through this site.

English. Recorded lessons carry subtitles and a written transcript, and the handouts are written to be read on their own by somebody for whom English is a second language.

Yes. Written questions go to a tutor and are answered within a few business days. Graded exercises come back with comments, which is where most of the learning in a numeracy course actually happens.

That a named participant completed a named course of a stated number of hours on a stated date, and that the exercises were submitted and marked. It is issued by the school and it is not a public licence, a regulated qualification, or an equivalence to any state examination.

No, and any school that tells you otherwise is selling something. We teach material and we mark work. What that is worth in a hiring conversation depends on the market, the employer and the person, none of which is ours to promise.
